RichPrize Casino UK

I deposited £20 with a Visa debit card on a Tuesday evening, and the balance showed in my account before the confirmation email reached my inbox. Two weeks of testing followed. I claimed the welcome offer, cleared the wagering, requested a withdrawal and contacted support twice.

RichPrize casino UK holds a UKGC licence, lists 1,800 slots and takes deposits from £10. The 12-hour pending window on withdrawals irritated me, and anyone who wants a downloadable app will find none. Every other feature I tested worked as described.

Bonuses at RichPrize Casino

RichPrize runs five standing offers, and I claimed four of them. VIP is by invitation, so that one stayed out of reach.

Welcome Bonus

RichPrize matches your first deposit 100% up to £100 and adds 50 free spins on Big Bass Bonanza. I deposited £50 and received £50 in bonus funds. The spins arrived in two batches of 25 across two days, each worth 10p.

• Offer: 100% match plus 50 free spins
• Maximum bonus: £100
• Minimum deposit: £20
• Wagering: 10x the bonus amount, so £500 on a £50 bonus
• Maximum bet with bonus funds: £4 per spin
• Eligibility: new customers aged 18 or over
• Game contribution: slots 100%, table games 10%, live casino 0%

A 10x multiplier is low next to the 35x that older UK offers carry. Clearing £500 on slots at £1 a spin took me about 90 minutes across two sessions. If you switch to roulette halfway through, a £10 bet counts as £1 towards the target.

No Deposit Bonus

Confirm your mobile number with the SMS code and RichPrize credits 10 free spins on Starburst, worth 10p each. Those spins cost nothing, which suits you if you want to see the lobby before committing £20. Mine returned £1.80, and I had to wager £18 before I could withdraw it.

• Offer: 10 free spins on Starburst
• Value: £1 in spins
• Wagering: 10x on winnings
• Withdrawal cap: £20
• Eligibility: new customers after mobile verification

Reload Bonus

Deposit £20 or more on a Thursday and RichPrize adds 50% of it as bonus funds, up to £50. I put in £30 and received £15. The funds expire after seven days, with or without finished wagering.

• Offer: 50% reload every Thursday
• Maximum bonus: £50
• Wagering: 10x the bonus amount
• Eligibility: all registered customers; Skrill and Neteller deposits do not qualify

Cashback Bonus

I finished my first full week £60 down on slots, and RichPrize paid £6 into my balance on Tuesday morning. RichPrize returns 10% of net slot losses from Monday to Sunday, caps the payment at £50 and attaches no wagering to it. You can withdraw it or play it.

• Offer: 10% cashback on net slot losses
• Maximum payment: £50 per week
• Wagering: none
• Eligibility: all registered customers

VIP Programme

RichPrize invites players to its VIP club based on monthly turnover. I received no invitation in two weeks. Live chat told me the perks include a personal account manager, a shorter withdrawal pending window and a birthday bonus, but the agent could not name the turnover threshold. I would not choose RichPrize for the VIP club, because nobody at the company would quote me a number.

• Benefits: personal account manager, shorter pending window, birthday bonus, event invitations
• Requirements: invitation based on monthly turnover; threshold undisclosed

Free Spins and Seasonal Promotions

Beyond the standing offers, RichPrize rotates short promotions through the year. Two of them gave me real value:

• Friday Free Spins: Deposit £25 on a Friday and receive 20 free spins on Sweet Bonanza. Winnings carry 10x wagering.
• Cheltenham Festival Free Bet: Stake £10 on any festival race and receive a £10 free bet, valid for seven days. The free bet stake does not return with your winnings.

Offers change without notice, so check the promotions page before you deposit.

Bonus Terms and Conditions

• Wagering: 10x the bonus amount on every deposit offer and 10x the winnings on every free spin offer.
• Validity: Bonus funds expire after seven days. Free spin offers expire after three.
• One bonus at a time: You must finish or cancel an active bonus before claiming another. Cancelling means contacting support, and RichPrize removes the bonus funds and any winnings from them.
• Payment exclusions: Skrill, Neteller and Pay by Phone deposits do not qualify for bonuses.

18+. Bonus terms apply. Read the full terms and conditions before you claim any offer.

RichPrize Casino App and Mobile Play

RichPrize offers no download for iOS or Android. I tested the mobile site on an iPhone 14 in Safari and a Pixel 7 in Chrome, and both loaded the lobby in under three seconds on 4G.

Opening RichPrize Casino on Mobile

1. Open your browser: Safari, Chrome and Firefox all work.
2. Enter the RichPrize address: Type the official web address into the bar, or follow the link on this page.
3. Log in or register: The mobile layout shows a Join Now button and a Log In button at the top of the screen.
4. Add a shortcut: In Safari, tap the share icon and choose Add to Home Screen. In Chrome, open the menu and choose Add to Home screen. You get an icon that opens the site without the address bar.

Gaming on Mobile

Slots run in portrait mode, and Evolution live tables switch to landscape. I played Lightning Roulette for 40 minutes on 4G without a dropped stream, and the battery fell by 14%.

One flaw irritated me. The lobby filter resets when you exit a game, so I reselected Pragmatic Play three times in a single session. Search by title avoids the problem.

RichPrize Casino Sports Betting

The sportsbook shares your casino balance, so you move no funds between wallets. A £20 deposit covers a Premier League bet and a round of slots without a transfer.

Sports Available for Betting

• Football: Premier League, Championship, Scottish Premiership and the Champions League, with match result, over/under goals, handicaps and bet builders.
• Horse racing: UK and Irish cards from Cheltenham to Aintree, with win, place and each-way markets. RichPrize advertises Best Odds Guaranteed on UK and Irish meetings.
• Tennis: Wimbledon, the other Grand Slams, and ATP and WTA tours, with match winner, set betting and game handicaps.
• Darts: PDC World Championship and Premier League Darts, with leg and 180 markets.
• Golf: The Open, the Masters and DP World Tour events, with outright, top 10 and round leader bets.
• Esports: CS2, Dota 2 and League of Legends, with match and map winners.

Placing a Bet

1. Log in: Use your RichPrize casino account. New customers register first.
2. Open Sports: Choose your sport from the menu, then pick a league or event.
3. Pick a market: Pre-match and in-play markets sit under each fixture.
4. Add the selection: Tap the odds and the bet slip opens with your selection.
5. Confirm your stake: Enter the amount, check the potential return and tap Place Bet.

Strengths and Gaps in the Sportsbook

I compared Premier League match odds on five fixtures with the big UK bookmakers. RichPrize matched them on three and priced a shade shorter on two. Cash out is available on singles and accumulators. The sportsbook offers live scores and statistics but no football streams, so you will watch the match elsewhere.

Registering and Logging In at RichPrize Casino

Registration took me six minutes, plus 40 seconds waiting for the verification email.

Registration Process

1. Visit the official site: Click Join Now at the top right.
2. Enter your personal details: Full name, date of birth, email address and mobile number.
3. Add your address: UK residential address with postcode. Your details must match your ID.
4. Choose a username and password: Combine letters, numbers and a symbol.
5. Accept the terms: Confirm you are 18 or over and tick the terms box. The marketing preferences box is optional.
6. Verify your email: Click the link in the confirmation email.
7. Make your first deposit: Choose a payment method and claim the welcome offer at this step.

RichPrize checks your name, address and date of birth against identity databases and GamStop. Before my first withdrawal I uploaded a passport photo and a council tax bill. RichPrize approved both in about three hours.

Logging In

1. Go to the homepage: Click Log In at the top right.
2. Enter your credentials: Username or email, then password.
3. Enter your code: If you switched on two-factor authentication, type the SMS code RichPrize sends to your mobile.

Account Tips

• Forgotten password: Click Forgot Password and follow the reset link in your email. Mine arrived in under a minute.
• Two-factor authentication: Switch it on under Account Settings.
• Documents: Keep a passport or driving licence and a proof of address dated within three months ready for your first withdrawal.

RichPrize Casino Payment Methods

The cashier handles pounds sterling only. RichPrize does not accept credit cards, in line with the UK ban that started in April 2020. Visa and Mastercard work as debit cards.

Deposit Methods

• Debit cards: My £20 Visa debit deposit reached my balance in under 10 seconds.
• PayPal and Open Banking: Both redirect you to your own login, so you never type card details into the casino.
• Pay by Phone: Boku adds the deposit to your mobile bill and caps it at £30 per day. You cannot withdraw to it.
• Skrill and Neteller: Deposits work, but they do not qualify for bonuses.

Withdrawal Methods

I requested £120 to PayPal at 20:10 on a Wednesday. RichPrize held the request in a 12-hour pending window, approved it at 08:30 on Thursday, and the money reached PayPal 35 minutes later. You can reverse a pending withdrawal and return the money to your balance, which tempts you to keep playing. Skip the reversal button if you want your winnings.

Pay by Phone and Paysafecard accept deposits only. You must withdraw to another method.

Key Points on Payments

• Verification: Upload your ID and proof of address before your first withdrawal. Delays here cost me nothing, but unverified accounts wait longer.
• Same method: RichPrize returns winnings to the method you deposited with where possible.
• Limits: The minimum withdrawal is £10. RichPrize caps withdrawals at £5,000 per week for standard accounts.
• Security: RichPrize encrypts card and account data with SSL.

Featured Games at RichPrize Online Casino

RichPrize online casino lists 1,800 slots, about 60 RNG table games and 120 live tables. The studios include Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, NetEnt, Evolution and Light & Wonder.

Slots

Familiar UK titles fill the top of the lobby, and the jackpot section carries Mega Moolah. I played these most:

• Starburst: NetEnt's expanding-wild classic, with 96.1% RTP in the info panel.
• Book of Dead: Play'n GO's high-volatility Egyptian slot, with 96.2% RTP.
• Big Bass Bonanza: Pragmatic Play's fishing slot, with 96.7% RTP and a free spins round that retriggers.
• Rainbow Riches: The pub-fruit-machine favourite from Light & Wonder, with 95% RTP.

Browse the full list on the RichPrize casino slot games page.

Table Games

Blackjack, roulette and baccarat each come in several variants. Minimum bets start at 50p on roulette and £1 on blackjack. Remember that these games contribute 10% towards bonus wagering.

• Blackjack: Classic, Pontoon and multi-hand versions.
• Roulette: European, French and a mini wheel.
• Baccarat: Punto Banco with a squeeze option.

Live Casino

Evolution runs most of the live floor. I played Lightning Roulette at 20p a spin and Infinite Blackjack at £1 a hand, and the streams stayed in HD throughout. Crazy Time and Monopoly Live fill the game show category, and Pragmatic Play adds extra blackjack and roulette tables.

Specialty and Instant Games

• Scratch cards: Instant-win cards from 20p.
• Keno: Pick up to ten numbers from 80.
• Virtual sports: Football and horse racing simulations that settle in under two minutes.

Game Categories Table

Finding Your Favourite Games

Filters cover category, provider, volatility and features such as Megaways and bonus buy. The search bar finds a title after three letters. RichPrize offers no sort-by-RTP option, so open the info panel on each slot to read its RTP.

Contacting RichPrize Casino Support

Live Chat

Live chat runs 24 hours a day. I waited 40 seconds, asked how table games count towards wagering, and the agent quoted the correct 10% figure and linked the terms. The same agent dodged my VIP question.

Email

Write to [email protected] and include your username. My reply took 5 hours 20 minutes and answered every point.

Phone and Help Centre

RichPrize runs no phone line. The help centre covers account, payment and bonus questions, and I found my answer there twice before opening chat.

Responsible Gambling

The Safer Gambling page sits in your account menu, one click from the cashier. You can set these limits and breaks:

• Deposit limits: Per day, per week or per month. I set £50 per week. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately, and raising it takes 24 hours.
• Time-outs: From 24 hours up to six weeks.
• Self-exclusion: Six months to five years, with no way to reverse it before the period ends.
• Reality checks: A pop-up every 30 or 60 minutes showing your session time and net result.

Support Resources

BeGambleAware offers free advice, and the National Gambling Helpline answers on 0808 8020 133 at any hour. GamStop excludes you from every UKGC-licensed operator in one registration, and RichPrize blocks your account once you sign up. Play only with money you can afford to lose. RichPrize is for players aged 18 and over.

Security and Fair Play at RichPrize Casino

Licence and Transparency

RichPrize holds a UKGC licence. You can find the licence number in the footer and check it on the UKGC public register. Independent test labs audit the RNG slots and table games, and SSL encryption covers your personal and payment data.

RichPrize Casino Review: Verdict

My RichPrize casino review ends at 4 out of 5. The 10x wagering, the PayPal payout in 13 hours and the UK-friendly payment list earned the score. The pending window, the missing app and the secretive VIP threshold cost it a point.

• Good: 10x wagering, 10% cashback with no wagering, Pay by Phone and Open Banking deposits, 24-hour live chat.
• Weak: 12-hour pending window, no app, no phone support, lobby filters reset after each game.

RichPrize casino suits you if you play slots at £1 a spin or less and prefer PayPal. Look elsewhere if you want a phone line or a home-screen app.
